Cake in a mug!

This takes 5 minuets to make and is so yummy. 
Just pop it in the microwave and wallah gluten free cake in a mug!















ingredients 
50g chocolate (depending how chocolaty you want it) - gluten free or most normal chocolates
3 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk
1 egg
1/4 tea spoon vanilla extract (if you like)
4 tablespoons of gluten free flour
(I used gluten free white mix)



Method
1. Melt chocolate over a boiling pan

2. Put flour and sugar in the mug and mix well, add in egg, add in the milk and mix some more, then add the butter and melted chocolate, (vanilla extract if you fancy) mix thoroughly until smooth.

3. Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

The cake will normally rise over the top of the cup and then settle back down.
I'm sure there are lots of recipes to make cake in a mug but this is how I like to make it.
